Dr. Doak spent more than 15 years specializing in the field of nutrition as a professor at the VU University Amsterdam, 荷兰. 在此期间, she conducted research on a global scale in low and middle-income countries including Guatemala, 南非, and India with a focus on how child undernutrition food insecurity, 超重, obesity and chronic disease converge with poverty.
